Remodeling

The floors needed mopped and the walls cleaned from splatter. Dirt and hair behind the bathroom door. Bathroom door latch and the front door didn't seal tight

Location to Crystal Springs centre

Had a problem where the bathroom/shower was unserviceable and unusable due to water and dirt grit rising to several inches deep in the bath overnight. Photos of problem shared to reception and emailed to the hotel manager who did not respond to my email. Problem was reported to booking.com who tried to resolve with hotel manager to no avail. My quality expectations were not met regarding property/room being fit for purpose. I have never complained about a hotel room before, so am disappointed not to receive any apology from the hotel manager or offer of compensation as room was not fit for purpose.

- gute Lage - Pub und Restaurant nah dran - gepflegte Aussenanlage

Dreckigste Unterkunft, die ich jemals hatte. Bei Anreise mit einem Baby haben wir erstmal 1,5h selber mit dem Wischmob der Unterkunft geputzt. Keine aktive Unterstützung seitens des Hotels. Hotelnachbarn berichteten ähnliches.
