The bartender continued to serve drunk customer who was starting fights. The customer was in wheel chair was passing out and fell out of wheelchair twice and bartender was still serving him. She did nothing while he was starting fights. I will never go back

Comfy bed and good location

Bathroom was dirty and gross. Fixtures were so rusty they looked about to disintegrate. I would not shower in there! Lighting was inadequate WiFi kept dropping. Fridge was not cold enough to keep my medication. Had to get ice for it.

I highly recommend booking this hotel not only is it in a great location by three sisters trail but the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The front desk is nice and upbeat with great small talk. Despite the fact that we had a medical emergency, the manager came to our room after he heard and accommodated us without us asking and was extremely empathetic to the situation, I’m very thankful for that. Overall really great place!
