Nagyon kedvező a szálloda fekvése, a villamosmegálló közel van, egyszerű a bejutás Velencébe. Tiszta szálláshely, megfelelő reggelivel, figyelmes kiszolgálással.

Muy cómoda la ubicación, ya que el tranvía que va a Venecia pasa por el frente y llegas a Venecia directo en 20 minutos. El recepcionista o anfitrión fue muy amable, nos explicó todo lo necesario para conocer la ciudad y respondió de forma rápida a nuestros requerimientos

Hacía mucho calor en la habitación y el aire acondicionado definitivamente tenía un problema. Sin embargo el anfitrión intentó solucionarlo en cuanto se lo dijimos

Big room, great location - two minutes walk from the tram which is 30 minutes to Venice. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a very good shower. Fresh shower gel was brought every day. Nice coffee bars and restaurants in the vicinity. We arrived late so had to let ourselves in - really easy, with very clear instructions. The owner is an absolutely charming gentleman who was happy to help us with buying transport tickets and anything else we needed. We were also able to leave our luggage on the last day, which was very helpful. And if course, the value for money was exceptional, especially compared with staying in Venice itself. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

The only tiny issue was that the aircon wasn't particularly powerful. It was already very hot and humid at the end of May, so we could have done with something to cool the room down quickly. As it was, it took about an hour to get to a comfortable temperature, although at night we were cool enough to sleep.

Muy bueno para las personas que elijen no hospedarse en Venecia, a pocos metros puedes tomar el tranvía que te deja en piazzale Roma, 20 minutos de viaje, no hay atención permanente, los que buscan eso tenerlo en cuenta.
