I’ve always book this hotel every time i go to six flags and we go alot throughout the year i booked a room for next weekend and the dates got mixed up i called booking.com they tried calling the property they couldn’t get a hold i had to call i called multiple times and one lady help me out and was nice but she said to talk to the manager so i called and missed the manager ended up talking to another lady she was rude and didnt really care supposedly she handled billing and didnt even really care or understand so now i will not be ordering here again i wasnt lookjng for a refund i jusg wanted to have the room i paid for that didnt get for the day that i wanted for when i was at six flags

The front desk was nice when checking in and during the night

A couple tried to enter into my room and fight me and my girlfriend, so I changed the room and a front desk worker then kicked us out

people had a screaming match for over 30 minutes at 1 in the morning in the hallway. staff did nothing to stop it. but they wanna call my room to keep it down?
