"Crap"

Nothing

The hotel changed the name and ownership. Booking.com failed to notify me. New owners did not honor the reservation. We had to book a different hotel on the spot, which cost us more than twice. Booking.com did not respond to complains and requests to refund the difference.

Great price, clean room, very nice front desk staff

I wish it had an ice maker but I forgot to check. The very nice manager gave me a bag of ice!

Location was exactly midpoint for our trip....the reason I booked this place.

It was nasty...dim lighting, very dirty lamp shade was so stained it looked like it could have been a pattern in the fabric. I read a review that said their room was renovated and they were pleasantly surprised...Ours was not. First time I ever simply left ...we paid, were in the room for about 30 min...decided to load up the car and go. We drove another 90 min (after already driving 8 hrs) to st george utah and stayed in a wonderful place...best decision I could have made!!!...cut your losses, correct the situation...SO GLAD we left!!...sorry no photos...we didn't stay.long enough....
