Lotus by Hotel Inn

Good location

Paint peeling everywhere in bathroom, sink handle drops off, shower head stuck on, carpet staples sticking up poking feet, dirty bathroom , lamps not knowing if they are silver or gold color

We arrived late and the clerk was very nice. It was very cold outside and the heat was on in the room making it feel comfortable

the room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was fine.

location was uncomfortable. needed a place that felt what I would call safer. we were up and out of there by 2:15 AM

I moved from Montana to Arizona. Beaver, UT was the right distance to drive for the 2nd day. The Lotus Motel was a safe, well kept, older motel. The staff was very easy to work with and accomodating. It is a great deal for its price point!

Front room was okay except lighting was inadequate. Relatively quiet.

Bathroom needs remodeling. Sloppy paint job, broken floor tiles, and generally poor appearance. Desk clerk was friendly but difficult to understand because of English as second language. Talking slower would be very helpful, especially for people with hearing issues.

Location, enough room for family

The staff was very nice, the room was clean and very quiet. Good value!
