So close to water porto restaurants attractions,room cleaned daily if needed 8 minute walk to the station once directions are clear all in a great place to stay

Location worked really well -- right in the heart of Sorrento. Could walk everywhere.

Coming in from the street at night was a bit scary until you found the lights.

Maison Blu was a fantastic guest house for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children aged 11, 13 and 15 years) in late September 2024. Federica (the host) met our driver at a piazza in Sorrento and we walked a short distance (a few minutes) with our suitcases to the property. The location right in the town centre was fantastic and the property looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The rooms were very new, are well decorated and very clean. They are also a very good size and the bathrooms were fantastic. The shower was a double shower with good pressure and very large. Some of the other bathrooms and showers in the places we have stayed in Italy have been tiny. We had two rooms for the first two nights (2 in one room, and 3 in the other) and then moved into the Cornelia Suite for the final 2 nights. All the rooms we stayed in were of the same quality and standard. The Cornelia Suite has a kitchen which we didn't use but if you wanted to make your own food that would be very handy. The three kids slept on the mezzanine level and my husband and I slept on the sofa bed which was large enough for both of us. The tv also allowed us to log in to netflix and there was free wifi. The rooms were also serviced daily. The property is only a few minutes walk away from the main square and an easy 10 minute walk to the port to catch the ferries to Capri, Amalfi, Positano, etc. We were close to the restaurants and shops and couldn't have stayed in a better spot. The negatives are that there is no breakfast available as it is not a hotel so you have to source all your own meals. It is just a floor of rooms on the third level of a building which I think may have residents in it also, although I'm not sure as I didn't see many other people. Also, I think it is a little expensive for just a room only accommodation but I would recommend Maison Blu to anyone looking to stay in Sorrento as on the whole I would rate it 9/10.

Everything was fantastic. It just would have been nice to have breakfast, however, this is not really possible given that the property is not a hotel. Also, I think it is a little bit expensive for just being a guesthouse.

A great location and fabulous room. Great little roof terrace for a sundowner.

Great stay in the heart of Sorrento. Quiet, but right near all shopping and dining you could imagine.
