finding hairs on the bed was a bit off-putting. A more thorough cleaning would be appreciated!
We have stayed 6 or 7 times but nothing has been done to it. Carpet in the room is real bad. Bathrooms are very unsafe, however the price went up.

It was our 1st time in Chicago and we stay here it was good overall since we spend most of out time in downtown but service and cleanliness was on point highly recommended best customer service.

Cleaners are not doing a great job of keeping the rooms and bathrooms clean.
Dirty bathrooms, old sheets, and towels.
Staff was rude and short. I asked one question on the breakfast time and they snapped on me. Never staying again. Expedia website also sucked. Terrible.
