Super location for the places we planned to visit, and there are a number of good restaurants in close proximity.

The breakfast options were basic packaged items.

The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The owner/manager Maximo could not have been more helpful. He helped in ways that went above and beyond and was always available and cheerful by phone. He provided excellent advice about sights, taxis, and restaurants, etc. Room and bathroom were large and clean.

Although the location had lovely views and was technically in Ferrazano, it was not really walkable. However, the old city of Ferrazanno does not have many places to stay or eat. You can walk but the hills may be challenging. Mostly you need a car or are dependent on taxis (available and not too expensive) or a car from this location.

There is an available living room and balcony which we enjoyed. The air conditioning was good.

They were out of coffee for breakfast and there was no fruit - we also ran out of milk for our cereal.

Camera tripla x 2 persone quindi ampia, fondamentale il climatizzatore in quanto mansardata e molto esposta al sole, letto matrimoniale comodo, ampio bagno completamente nuovo, uso cucina, comoda la colazione fai da te senza orari con tutto l’occorrente a disposizione. Zona collinare residenziale molto tranquilla con posteggio libero nella strada sottostante. Unico neo: su un soggiorno di 7 notti mi sarei aspettata almeno una pulizia intermedia della camera...ma forse perché era la settimana di ferragosto ed anche il titolare (simpatico e disponibile) era in ferie... Particolare per noi trascurabile, ma tenere presente che le camere sono al 2’ e 3’ piano senza ascensore. Comunque decisamente consigliato!!!
