Absolutely nothing

The worst place I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. I am really not a picky person, but what we found there was beyond unacceptable. The level of dirt, damage, and overall neglect was shocking — it genuinely felt like sleeping in a trash bin. Everything was worn out, broken, or simply disgusting. The condition of the place looked more like something abandoned or used by homeless people rather than a space offered to paying guests. We arrived around 3 PM, saw the state of the apartment, and immediately started looking for another place. It was impossible to stay there. By 6 AM, we finally managed to find a new location, paid again for another stay, and only then could we actually get some rest. What makes this even worse is the host’s response. After reporting that the apartment was in a disgustingly poor condition and completely different from the photos shown on Booking, I was told that maybe I should go to a 5-star hotel. This response was not only dismissive but also incredibly disrespectful. The pictures online are clearly misleading and do not reflect reality at all. Mine show the truth. If you are okay with a “homeless shelter” standard while paying for a decent apartment, then maybe this place is for you. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs. For the same price, you can find countless better options — and honestly, I doubt even homeless people would choose to stay here.

Stanze poco insonorizzate. Si sentono molti rumori anche da altre camere

Emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville, tout peut se faire à pied. Excellente communication avant de venir, consignes auto check in claires et précises (pas de réception sur place). Chambre lumineuse avec balcon avec sdb privée, cuisine partagée à disposition, ascenseur (4e étage). Possibilité de laisser bagage le dernier jour contre 3 EUR. Prix imbattable pour un emplacement en plein centre-ville. Personnel au top

RAS. Tout était conforme. Tout était vraiment impeccable

Bardzo miły personel, z którym był bardzo dobry kontakt, dał wszystkie informacje i nawet więcej, bardzo polecam . Piękny widok na Etnę, wszędzie blisko, przy samym rynku gdzie codziennie odbywa się główny targ

Apartament zlokalizowany w centrum miasta, nad samym lokalnym bazarem. Łatwe samodzielne zameldowanie/wymeldowanie. Mieliśmy mały pokój z balkonem i bocznym widokiem na Etnę. Cena adekwatna do standardu.

Pomimo, że było posprzątane, widać było, że apartamenty odwiedza dużo osób i są po prostu zużyte. Jak na jedną noc cena za nocleg w samym centrum to rekompensuje :)

Nekas tāds nebija

Na plus, bliskość starego miasta, łatwe self check in i out. Ogólnodostępna kuchnia do korzystania. Pokoje są niektóre z łazienkami indywidualnymi a niektóre ze wspólną łazienką. Ogólnie dobry standard.

Wynajmowany pokój jest w mieszkaniu kilkupokojowym, więc to trochę taki akademik, słychać dość wyraźnie odglosy z części wspólnych mieszkania. Budynek jest przy placu gdzie codziennie jest bazar, co powoduje że już od 6 rano słychać hałasy związane z rozkładającymi się budami targowymi więc byliśmy niewyspani. Z kolei na placu też jest lokal gdzie do późnych godzin nocnych jest impreza i gra muzyka więc zasnąć jest ciężko. U nas grali do ok. 1 w nocy.
