"Надо указывать что на второй этаж подъем по металлической лестнице- это важно для многих"

Проживали в апреле 2026 , все понравилось , расположение просто супер - жд вокзал , автовокзал, рынок, магазины, ТЦ, кафе. Очень удобно что есть кухня, для приготовления пищи. Все наши вопросы были решены быстро, очень приятная владелица квартиры и горничная .

Вартість проживання, цокольний поверх

Досить втомлений номер на цокольному. За півгодини до виселення покоївка вже стукала в двері. Загалом непогано, але фото та реальність дуже різняться.

Сподобалось місцерозташування. Для мене головне було те, що недалеко від вокзалу. Гарний , комфортний номер. Поряд продуктовий магазин.

Останавливалась на три ночи, тихо,уютно,тепло. В номере есть все необходимое. Уютный двор,который закрыт от посторонних прохожих.

Всегда при желании можно найти минусы. Я не нашла, единственное,что не работала сушилка для полотенца в ванной комнате,а так все ок.

Зручне місцерозташування. В номері було все необхідне від фену до праски. Чиста постіль і зручне ліжко. Свій балкон.

Техніка потребує оновлення ( чайник не вимикається самостійно, телевізор не працював, мікрохвильовка працює теж не кращим чином, праску треба замінити) але головне в номері треба гарно прибрати. Бо підлога брудна. Кухня покрита старим жиром. На всих поличках пил.
