"John & Derry"

Beautifully restored house with a long association with Carrick on Shannon. Owner very friendly, professional & went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Great Breakfast choice. I'd highly recommend Hartley House & as a frequent visitor to the area, I'll definitely be staying there again.

"Great lace to stop."

Kate was lovely. We arrived and no electric due to a code orange storm. She quickly offered to find another hotel in town that could accommodate us. We decided to weather the storm with her. Went to dinner and electric came back on. She is an amazing hostess! Love the stories. Breakfast was amazing!

"a real dream of a place"

Kate opened her beautiful very relaxing cozy home to my self and my husband . it was the most relaxing place for sure . Kate was made for the job of a hostess. we were spoilt with tea and apple pie on arrival.an open fire in the sitting room was fantastic. the place was spotless. breakfast was sooo nice and Kate herself and also an other guessed along with two of our friends who stayed as well had a real wonderful chat .would highly recommend.

"Lovely stay. Would go back definitely"

Breakfast was fabulous - 5 star! House was about 1-2 miles out of town centre. Host was very friendly and kindly offered us a lift into town so we could leave our car at the B&B. Room was lovely and spacious and bed and pillows very comfy.

Lovely old house dating from 1750, full of old worldly charm.

Great craic with our host Kate, lots of stories and banter, and a lovely full Irish breakfast that set us up for the day ahead.

"Superb"

The house was lovely, a short drive to the town and a really quiet location. Our room was really comfortable and Kate couldn't have been lovelier. Her coffee and the cooked breakfast were amazing.
