El apartamento esta en pleno centro de Alicante, a 5 minutos de la Explanada y cerca de Luceros. Ideal para un fin de semana en Alicante. Equipado con cocina, aire acondicionado, frigorífico. Para aparcar a 5 minutos esta el parking Canalejas.

Location.

The water leaking through our bathroom ceiling. Don't think it was a one-off, either, as evidence on ceiling tiles confirmed this.

"Good place to stay for a short break but could do with improvements mentioned."

It was a good location within walking distance of the waterfront and Old town. The apartment was clean and had the essentials.

The communication was not easy. Difficulty getting locker key for storage for early arrival. No staff to properly assist on site. The entrance/communal area was not well kept and dusty. There were very steep stairs to apt and no lift .. not good if you have heavy luggage or unable to do stairs. The air conditioning did not work very well and the pillows were hard.
