"Hotel cancelled our reservation many weeks after we made it."

The hotel cancelled our reservation for this coming August well over a month after it was confirmed. They gave the room away to another party instead, leaving us to scramble to find a different location for Labor Day weekend. We were disappointed in their customer interaction.

"Nice place with some procedure issues"

This is a nice inn. We stayed at four inns on our visit to New England, and we rank this 2nd. the staff was nice, however they were somewhat distracted by an upcoming event. There were two negatives: 1. No tv. 2. I was charged a fee for using a credit card.I discovered this after my stay. i was not informed of this when I made my reservation or when I made the payment. I sent an email about it . They offered to remove the charge, however they did not
