良い意味で期待を裏切るほどお部屋もお料理も素晴らしかったです！

入口が分かりづらかったです。

Un grand merci à Lucile de la réception qui peut nous aider et nous comprendre. Elle est française . L’hôtel est très bien situé sur les pistes de la station et une navette gratuite nous emmène sur une plus grande station si besoin

Absolutely everything!!! As a first timer this place blew our minds!!! What exceptional EVERYTHING!!! We did not want to leave and it will definitely be booked for future holidays. This is what dreams are made of!!!

The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally well put together. Significantly larger than anywhere else we've experienced during our travels in Japan. The standout was the quality of the staff - the restaurant manager Naushad and his team (e.g. Sathira) went beyond the call of duty and were extremely warm and hospitable. The reception team (Gabriella, Lucile et al) were genuinely helpful at every turn.

Not so much what we didn't like but an area for consideration to improve upon - tastier and more varied al-a-carte food options

The staff couldn’t be more helpful.

The dining options were limited at the hotel and in the resort

Location was right on the beginning of the ski slope - perfect location

The staff have no idea what's going on. They didn't even know where to get coffee. They told us that the rental ski clothes place did not have gloves, we ended up driving 30 minutes away to purchase gloves just to find out that the ski rental store.. next door to the hotel.. had gloves for a quarter of the price.
