Guests highly rate the average service standard for hotel tier and frequently praise the location typical for business travelers.
We arrived to no soaps and only one towel, were charged an extra day and could not get our money back or even another day of stay the next week. Our feet stayed dirty from floors and the breakfast consist of only cereal.
The area is run down and the hotel is old. The owners are fixing everything up and the room was nice and clean. We didn’t stay for breakfast as there was a very tiny space for serving the food and it did not look like they would be serving much. We got on the road and ate a quick bite at Micky D’s.
Noting about the property if you have boat its not a good place to stay very hard to negate small park lot.
Nothing it was a bare bones hotel which is what i expected
Travelocity listed as full breakfast, it is not even close to that.

Relaxing
The bed was great, room appeared clean. Appreciated the laminated floor. It's an old bldg, things have been repaired to a degree. Lots of construction workers were there, but was not a problem. This motel came up while searching for a nearby city, and I did not take time to seek out the location. It was about 19 miles off Hwy 27, more than I would drive if I had realized this.
The AC was either on or off couldn’t set it to a temperature.
Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
