Camere ampie e comode, colazione abbondante. Posizione ottima, in pieno centro storico e vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni e a piazza Yenne. La proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha preparato le camere prima possibile per poter fare riposare i miei figli!

Stanza accogliente, ottima posizione. Appartamento collocato nel cuore del centro storico di Cagliari. Massima tranquillità, rumorosità assente o minima. Proprietari precisi e disponibili, anche se non ho avuto modo di incontrarli di persona. Costi nella media. Pulizia al top.

Essendo in piena zona ZTL, non c'è possibilità di arrivare sul posto in auto, soprattutto nelle ore ove il varco controllo è attivo. Non c'è possibilità parcheggiare vicino all'appartamento e di conseguenza eventuali bagagli sono da trasportare a piedi.

Appartamento in posizione centrale.

Non c'erano finestre che facessero entrare la luce direttamente, che invece si intravedeva dal cavedio. Ho aspettato per 40 minuti che l'acqua della doccia diventasse calda, e una volta segnalato il problema mi è stato risposto che l'avevamo consumata noi. Il bagno era gelido, ho chiesto una stufetta che non mi è stata data. Solo dopo che sono partita per tornare a casa la proprietaria mi ha chiesto i soldi per la tassa di soggiorno Comunale con un messaggio indicandomi l'IBAN, anziché salutarci e chiederci la quota.. non tornerei neanche se fosse gratuito.
