Stayed for 2 nights. It was comfortable. The facilities were working fine. Good A/C, Heater. Room service was very good. The equipments' maintenance could be improved.

Friendly staff. Hotel not in the best condition and not very clean. No hot water. No toilet paper even though we asked for it twice.

Good place next to the train station with friendly staff. 15min on foot to Meenakshi temple. Breakfast did not look like reasonable for most Europeans.

Service was bad. Receptionist and bellboy all need training in customer service. Rooms had bad rework. Bedsheets and towels stank and looked like they haven't been washed in ages. I would NOT RECOMMENT this hotel for anyone else. To quote: "I wouldn't wish this even for my enemy"

Overall the hotel is a good choice for a trip given its location. The rooms are comfortable, just a couple of minor issues leaking health faucet in the loo and the mention of a round the clock menu when te restaurant shuts at 1030 pm
