Clearwater Beach Marriott Resort on Sand Key

This is a beautiful hotel, clean,modern and very welcoming. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay perfect . The suites are bright and spacious with the comfiest beds . The views are amazing over the bay, it's lovely to sit on your balcony and watch dolphins or manatees swim by. The pool area is beautiful especially the waterfall into the pool and the stunning views from the pool. I would definitely recommend eating at the hotel delicious fresh food with very helpful servers

This hotel cannot be praised enough. As I am 82 years old and go on my own, I am looked after superbly. All the staff from the reception, concierge, Bell boys, restaurant, bar staff, poolside, housekeeping, cafe, are all kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.Suites are clean and modern after updates. . Hotel clean. I go twice a year and always made welcome. Hoping to go again this May. My son and grandson went a week before I went in Nov, and they loved the place , saying how well they were looked after, and they would certainly come back again. Well done Marriott Sand key. The friendly atmosphere

Loved the location ! Absolutely stunning views on both sides of the resort. The room had views from the balcony of the bay and the front of the room had views of sand key beach. The pool area was also great! Food was delicious, but expensive. Breakfast was just okay... It was better off the resort. Staff were very friendly! "Boston" Mike at the conceriage was fantastic!!

When we checked in we did not receive our vouchers for our free breakfast, but when we checked out they gave us a credit on our account.

Very relaxing stay with great views of both bay and gulf!

The new exterior remodeling of the pool deck (due to hurricane) resulted in cutting off the public access to the mall shops and boardwalk. We miss the ability to walk without having to join the car traffic out front of the hotel. FYI Also, this questionnaire states that “one of the closest beaches is Clearwater Beach”. There are several beaches closer to the south. The closest is Sand Key Beach, directly across from hotel. Stunning! (Clearwater Beach is some distance, over the highway bridge.)

This property was incredible. We’ve been to every kind of Marriott hotel across all brands all over the world and we were blown away by how nicely renovated this hotel is. It’s on the bay and it was beautiful sitting out by the fire pits watching the dolphins swim by. The staff was some of the most consistent team we’ve ever experienced throughout our travels. The front desk staff inclusive of Ruth, Sophia, Jackson all led by Tyler who is the manager. Tyler made sure we were all set with all details before we even arrived and throughout our stay. Truly first class customer service all the way. The pool staff, restaurant team especially Taryn and Erik were incredible. And housekeeping, bellmen and drivers of the beach can were all super nice and professional. They have brand new bikes included with our stay and truly enjoyed riding around Sand Key. Fun kayaks and paddle boards. The rooms were suites and brand new, renovated and so nice. Views from the balconies were gorgeous. Overall, the consistency of amazing service was like we’ve never seen before across the entire hotel. We will definitely be back as soon as we can.
