Well located, near supermarkets.

They don't tell you you need to schlapp for 2 metro stops, with all your luggage to get the keys to the apartment. Abysmal service. The flat wasn't ready for our check in, their attitude was incredibly disrespectful and passive aggressive. When we finally got in the apartment there was leftover smelly food in the fridge. The bathroom is depressing and dirty. Avoid these people like the plague.

The location

The only good thing is location and wi-fi.

Worst accommodation ever. I barely unlocked the door, the light in the kitchen doesn't work, the apartment is dirty, the bedding is from the last century, the cutlery is ancient. We get one towel that was patched. You can feel mold in the apartment. The welcome center is very far away and that makes no sense. We got to the apartment after 8 pm, after 9pm a woman who doesn't speak English knocked on the door.  She brought towels in a GARBAGE BAG.  We didn't feel safe and i didn't sleep all night. We booked the apartment for 2 days, but we left immediately in the morning after the 1st night.  I got my deposit back because I was persistent, I called them a couple of times a day for 7 days. That deposit doesn't make sense considering what the apartment is like.  Deposit is more expensive than accommodation..I don't recommend it.

Key collection was inconvenient. Traveling to the office with luggage was a hassle, especially since the property wasn't nearby. Offering key pickup at the property or a central location would improve guest experience. Additionally, I have not received my €250 deposit after 28 days, despite the accommodation claiming it was refunded. My credit card company denies receiving the funds. I will need to file a dispute to recover the money. A clear deposit refund policy with a defined timeframe would be helpful for future guests.
