Cheap

Dirty tub, dirty trim, old towels. But management reported that they were training new staff. May want to have a trained staff member inspect the room after the trainee says it's done.

This property was very clean inside and out. I really appreciated that it was pet friendly.

I do think they need more grass area for the dogs.

Great price as it includes breakfast - but they put a $200 hold on your credit card for damages. Our room had some issues - broken fan in the bathroom, bathroom door hinges were loose so it couldn't close. Hole in comforter, marks on wall - we reported as we were concerned that we would lose our deposit. Also, the room was around back from the office and when we got to it we were the only car in the parking lot and a man was pacing around making strange noises which made us feel uncomfortable. They were quick to remove the $200 hold on the credit card after we checked out.

Was not told about a $200 deposit hold on my bank card. Then upon check out i discovered i was double charged that $200. Called and asked for the manager and was told she wasn't available anytime i called. Then was told i wasn't the only customer that this double charge happened to. Was first told 2-4 days to be lifted. Then after 4 days called the hotel back and the front desk person said oh no 5-7 days not 2-4. We are traveling from Pennsylvania to Florida and are out $400 for 5-7 days. It's been a big inconvenience and have been continually given the run around and misinformation. Would not deal with Quality Inn or Choice hotels ever again.
