Quality Inn Hillsville

It was obvious this room had not been cleaned upon arrival other than empty trash cans. Bedsheets were not clean, floors and coffee pot not cleaned.

Beds were not very comfortable

Breakfast the first day was fine, but sparse on Sunday. The bed was comfy and we loved having our dog with us, but the floor was so dirty that hubby’s feet turned black just walking barefoot from the bathroom to the bed. Would look elsewhere next trip.

On a recent medical trip to Duke for my wife's Alzheimer's treatment fusion we thought we would make a quick trip to Virginia to see our daughter so I understand I had a high rate for last minute booking and everything was going fine for 2 days until we got back late Saturday night, we hobble in after midnight me with my cane and cordially greet the clerk at the desk making a comment about my wife would look good on the back of one of those motorcycles out in the front of the drive-thru , she even laughed, I escort my wife upstairs and immediately call back down & asked real politely ,"what's the latest you can give me on a late checkout" & " and what's your rate for Sunday if I decide to stay over"? and she says seriously 11:00 is it you'll have to be out by then or face additional charges! We never even got to the rate for Sunday I was so totally shocked to say the least, I have never had a hotel in my life refuse me a late check out (especially after spending two nights at $160 plus dollars a night! ) You're not a choice member sir so there's nothing we can do! And if this is how they treat guests I don't guess I will be coming a choice member either

This place is a dive. Dirty rooms . Booked over the phone for a king size bed with jacuzzi. Checked in after a long drive and to my surprise NO JACUZZI. The room was in deplorable conditions. I went back to desk and she stated it was only for a king bed . I showed her the email that states jacuzzi. A manager was going to call me instead they credited me a measly 13.00 for a crappy smelly room with a disgusting bathroom that was dirty. The owner mr.patel said that was his best room and wasnt going to refund me . Very rude . I spoke with Ana a worker there 3 days ago who stated I would get refund . Clearly Bob Patel said he was the only one and he wasn't refunding . Save yourself from this dive

Breakfast was really good!! Room was huge with a jacuzzi tub!

Great Hotel for the night, was traveling down to Nc on my motorcycle. Picked up the Blue Ridge Parkway right outside of Hillsville. Was the perfect location to spend the night on my journey. Right off 77 so it was super convenient.
