Beautiful modern hotel in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was heavenly. The hotel sacrifices style for function, however. The highly automated digitized room settings took some time to understand. There was no room for luggage and no plug-in for USB 2 Type A cables. Very little drawer space forced me to keep my things in my luggage. And no face cloths - an easy fix.

The tablet is great but no one explained the thermostat and it’s not connected to the tablet and hard to discover on your own. Spent a night freezing. Hated the lack of coffee in the room. Appreciated the heated bathroom floor, the hotel spa (steam room and sauna), and the friendly hotel staff. Wi-Fi access is annoying because it doesn’t automatically stay connected on your phone and you have to keep signing back in.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Kasia helped me change the room when we found an issue with the first one. Location is perfect in center. Property is very new. Breakfast is very good but it may get bored after a couple days (we stayed five days) but the food is good nevertheless. Would stay here again if I visit Warsaw in the future.
