This is the worst place I’ve ever seen in my life — it’s not a hotel, it’s a shoddy lodge. The AC doesn't work, the phone is dead, the doors are broken, and when you call customer service they tell you, ‘You paid online, so just stay — we can’t do anything.’ Don’t waste your time staying here."

Its good.

I was looking for a property near MG Road and found this property. The location is so cool and I enjoyed my stay. Special thanks to the manager of the hotel, Mr. Shiv. The check in process was very convenient and his behaviour is super nice. He also ensured that I waske up by 8 as my flight was at 10:30. Most importantly, you couldn't get the whole package within the amount at which they are offering, so overall a perfect stay.

Quick service and people

Rooms might be a bit old, and have a peculiar room freshener but otherwise rooms are big May not be as quiet as rooms are close to each other

No lift. Housekeeping not upto the mark. Washrooms were not very clean. Intercom was not working. No tea was available in the room.
