bathrooms aren’t the closest example of hygiene

loved the cabins nestled on the pond and the delicious restaurant and bar on the property.

The walkway to the bathroom from our cabin was not well lit at night. The deck rails were a little unsturdy and we had an 88 year old with us.

Needed to cancel due to having handicapped individuals in room which did not have a bathroom or shower. Hope Lodge would not refund us. Very poor customer service given the situation.

The salad at the Dirty skillet was ho hum but other dishes were great. Other than thank, loved the property, the lodge and the coffee.

Watch out for attack bees! Need to remove them. Salad is not you best dish! Otherwise, very kind staff and people. Enjoyed our stay.

The page that I looked at on Travelocity did NOT mention, On the main page, that the cabins didn’t include toilets. As a senior who requires multiple trips to the bathroom each night, this would have been important information to have before deciding to stay there. I thought I was looking at a page for a hotel or resort — not a camping experience.

Great cottages with nice scenery. The shared baths were large and clean. The dirty skillet has excellent outdoor seating with gas fire tables. We were fortunate to have live music.

my room didn't lock! the Hobbit cabin keeps in heat and it was cooler outside. Very hot and too hard to sleep.
