The location was great. We enjoyed the property. The decor was lovely. The staff where we checked in were knowledgeable and helpful.

I didn't like we only had one set of towels for each of us and that we had to pay a fee to replace the towels. I also didn't like that they required we wash any dishes and basically had to leave the room spotless. They had fines if you mis categorized the recycling. We are very neat and we didn't incur any fees but it added unnecessary stress on vacation. Maybe some people abuse properties and creates this situation for all of us but I didn't like that. I would also have liked some other seating other than stools for the island and there was space for something.

The location of the property in Vernazza was great, just off the main street so quiet at night but very accessible. Great caffes nearby and easy access to the coastal hiking trails.

It was easily located, just off the train station on the left hand side of town. The check in process was easy. We had the first room, so did not have to climb too many stairs. Room was as pictured, comfortable with AC. Had a full kitchen and expresso machine. There was a washing machine but we did not have to use it. The rental was located on the blue trail path so you can go either direction to Cornigia or to Monterosso.

The walls are super thin so bring headphones or earplugs. Although you’ll run into this problem everywhere, so unavoidable.

Loved the view and the cozy room. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Ventu du Ma met our expectations while staying in the Cinque Terre. We stayed a total of 2 nights in one of their lower apartments (large room alley view) and then a third night in their upper apt. (small room ocean view). Staff were always welcoming and helpful. Location was ideal inside the town. Rooms were clean and the washer within the first room was definitely an added bonus.

Stairs might be difficult for some folks with luggage. Would highly recommend elsewhere if you have mobility issues or large suitcases as these rooms are at the top of very steep and narrow stairs...like a lot of them :) but we were fine with it.

It was central, easy to get around. Not too many stairs. Easy to get to from the train station and close to restaurants and supermarkets and hiking trails.
