The location and cleanliness

Flat very comfortable and spacious. It had everything necessary: washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. There was a view of the sea from the balcony. The host is very helpful and courteous. Contact with him was great. The cleaning lady was there practically every day and kept the toilet paper and dishwasher cubes topped up. This is the biggest advantage of this place! Overall, I rate the flat highly because there are many more advantages than disadvantages.

- The property has its own car park but some inconvenience is the very steep driveway to it. On rainy days, when the driveway was wet, the car was not able to drive up it. The car also had a lower suspension, so at the beginning of the driveway and at the end, we rubbed the undercarriage against it. - The host could remove some minor improvements, as certain things wear out over time: an unscrewed door handle on the front door, the front dishwasher top falling off, the top hinge of the balcony door broken, a broken bottom shelf in the fridge.

The apartment was in a great location for my work assignment. The market below the property was convenient as well. Be prepared if you have heavy bags and have to get to the 4th floor (top floor) apartment as the building does not have an elevator. Apartment was cleaned regularly and had plenty of linens and towels.

The wifi was not good at time. I did work a bit better after I rebooted the wifi extender on our floor. The pool was not open during my stay in May. There were issues with water and electricity outage but this had more to do with the town services and not specific to the apartment.

Very nice apartment , everything as we expected.

The equipment of the apartment had several technical problems: opening/closing mechanism of several windows didn't work well, one sun blinding sheet was broken. The cleaning service was too intensive for us - we don't like full cleaning service in accomodation every day - it is not ecolgical and somehow unpleasant. But when we didn't catch the maid every day and didn't tell her, please today don't clean, she did full cleaning every day.

Everything was great! Luka,the owner was awsome, fantasting location, clean appartment. Near the appartment there are great restourants and shops.
