The car park was a nightmare of tiny little spaces, tortuous access, and the most unpleasant parking experience of my 50+ years of driving. There is a public car park one block away and had we known we would have parked there. The bathroom was a slippery killer in waiting. The floor surfaces were lethal when wet and completely unsuitable for any person with limited mobility. Access to the shower was by stepping over the edge of the bath with no appropriate hand holds. On arrival we were informed that our room had been changed to a better one. We dread to think what the original option would have been like.

The location was superb with access into the old town on the doorstep. The room was adequately furnished with a comfy bed. Staff were excellent and helpful with suggestions of places, restaurants and sights to see locally within easy walking distance, as it was our first visit to Zaragoza.

Unfortunately, I damaged my car trying to exit the underground car park. The exit ramp is extremely narrow and the rear panel scraped on the side wall.

Très bonne situation au centre ville. Rien à redire.

Le prix de la chambre d'hôtel peut sembler correct, mais il faut y rajouter le prix exorbitant du parking ainsi que le petit déjeuner également très honteux. Bref, il faut compter 40% de plus. Chambre un peu petite..
