I’ve stayed here before, a favorite. I love the location.

But, this time I was in a super tiny room. Next the a noisy elevator. No coffee maker, no amenities, no hope that I would come back again apparently. Funny that I pay 35€ for my dog above the room price and get the horrible room.

"Hotel très pratique et plutôt confortable avec super personnel près de la vieille ville"

L'emplacement est excellent: au bord de la rivière et tout près de la place principale de la vieille ville Le personnel est exceptionnellement amiable. Les meubles et équipements sont corrects pour ce genre de niveau d'hôtel. Disposer d'un parking (même payant) sous le bâtiment de l'hôtel est très pratique. Malgré l'emplacement central et la proximité d'un artère de circulation pricipal c'était très calme. La vue sur la rivière est très agréable.

Ce serait mieux d'avoir un bouilloire et des tasses un plus larges qu'une machine nespresso : certains préfèrent le thé et ces machines ne donnent que de l'eau tiède. Vu que c'est baignoire (que j'aime mais qui est difficile pour mon mari et d'autres) une poignée de sécurité en hauteur sur le mur serait utile.

The location.

Some of the reception staff were not exactly top of their job. Stiff faces and total lack of smiling. Remember, it cost NOTHING to be kind!!!
