I was charged for two rooms when I brought it to the staff they acted like they were resolving it, but they did nothing and didn’t say anything. It’s probablybookings.com as when I was booking it never gave me a verification that the room was booked. The staff should’ve certainly said something to me when she said you have two rooms I said no I canceled which I thought I did and then she only gave me one key. They sold the other room that I paid for so they made twice as much money, but didn’t return mine.
