Quality Inn & Suites Seville

Very run down, breakfast is awful. Otherwise it’s doable for a quick night if you’re trying to stay cheap.

Staff was helpful, friendly and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of choices. The pool was great for my family.

I chose this hotel because it was close to one of my work sites. I typically leave positive reviews, but this stay was disappointing. At check-in, the front desk staff was polite, but hygiene was noticeably lacking—there was a strong odor, and her hair looked unwashed. I was initially assigned a room with multiple beds and a crib, despite booking for just myself. Thankfully, the staff adjusted the room and rate without issue. Unfortunately, the room was very outdated and had a strong, unpleasant smell. There were visible stains on the bed and curtains, which made the space feel unclean and poorly maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to the interstate and several restaurants nearby, including Dairy Queen, Subway, and a great local spot called Bosco’s Pizza. While I appreciated the staff’s willingness to help, the overall condition of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from the Quality Inn brand. It appears to be under poor management and in need of serious updates. If you have other options in the area, I’d recommend considering those first.

Stayed 2 days and I have to say the room was clean and for the most part quiet. Breakfast was good and the pool was refreshing on a 96F day.

Nice hotel with good clean amenities. Nice fragrance in room and everywhere. The front desk staff during breakfast was very courteous and nice. When requested, she even gave breakfast after breakfast hours. Nice Hospitality!

Faucet in bathroom was broken. No food at breakfast at 9:00am. There was a parking lot full of “kids” working on cars……a least 10 cars and probably 15 “kids” teenagers. When I mentioned it to the girl at the desk…..she said they weren’t “kids” they were adults and they had been there all day. I was concerned about my own car in the parking lot. She didn’t think it was a problem! No one at desk to check out. Wash cloth had “black” stuff on it.

Staff were kind & helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool floor & edges needs less chlorine and someone to take a brush & scrub the floor & sides. (I think housekeeping didn't change the sheets.?) My daughter saw a silver-fish in the shower.
