The property is at a great location, you can easily walk to several restaurants including a shopping mall. Check in was very courteous and upgraded me because Expedia has their description wrong for the room and didn’t want to accept responsibility leaving me with the only option to cancel on a non-refundable booking. Hotel made it right and upgraded me on their end and for that I’m so great full as that was the primary reason I chose my room & hotel. I would definitely give this hotel more stars unlike Expedia’s customer service.

The service was terrible no on at the front desk, could not get in our roo. Cause the lock did not work. Had to wait about 45 min to get back into room after a long day.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was smooth and quick. Rooms were verry clean. Location was close to shopping and good eating locations. Have stayed here before so that is why we choose this location again.

We liked the convenient location, the happy hour snacks and free drink. Your staff was very helpful. Only things in need of improvement are the fit and finish of tile on the bathroom floor caulking and grout was sloppy. It would also be nice to have a morning continental breakfast.
