"Aside from the check in experience, and minor gripes about the room our stay was very good."

Breakfast was very good, location good for train to Disney,

Room wasn’t ready upon arrival, had to wait well over an hour after the check in time. Wasn’t offered anything and was made to feel like an inconvenience.
