"With graduations being held in Madison, this was the only hotel that still had a room available"

Basically, the room was clean & comfortable. No other amenities were offered.

It's nice if a hotel would at least offer 24-hour self-service coffee available. This weekend all hotels raised their prices over $300 dollars per night because of graduation ceremonies and sold out all rooms at an outrageous price. This hotel only raised to $200.00
