Property is awesome!!! Super clean, great rooms, super friendly owners. Great food and atmosphere!! We would definitely come back here. One of the nicest places we have stayed on this trip! A++++

Quaint, good views

The setting was fabulous. The manager was friendly and helpful. The property was rundown. The dining area that housed the breakfast was filthy. It was hard to find a clean coffee cup. Half of the tea bags had the paper wrap removed and were stained as were the creamers.Our room had no toilet paper, the comforter was soiled, had no window nor air conditioning( we were aware of there being no air). We opened the door and closed the hard to maneuver screen to cool the very warm room on several attempt, only to have to close it due to smoking directly below us. It was suspected by us and other guests that the property staff were the ones smoking in this restricted area. There were many cigarette butts thrown on the roof visible from the second floor. It is sad because the property has immense potential. We will not be returning.

Just so you know, there are over 6 miles of dirt road to get to this hotel (which is NOT listed in the property description). I have a motorcycle on a trailer, and tried the first 1/2 mile, but there were so many washboards, I felt the motorcycle and trailer would probably be ruined. Turned around and found a room in Lewistown. Contacted the hotel and Hotels.com to request a refund, since I felt they should have listed the difficulty getting to the property, but they have apparently refused. Poor property description. Can't rate anything else about the property since I wasn't there, so I gave everything else 3 stars figuring it would be fair (didn't want to leave 1 star for those).

Beautiful location and view

We booked a room at a hotel that showed amenities to include a restaurant and bar and said breakfast was included in the price. It was not until days later, as we were checking in and a non refundable deposit had already been taken, we were told we would not have access to the restaurant and bar it was closed for a private event and the continental breakfast would not be provided but if we wanted to stick around until after the girls ate there would be some kind of food in the morning (past the time breakfast would typically start and the time we needed to leave by). It would have been nice to be provided that information up front so we could decide if we still wanted to stay there (didn't like a 15 mile drive 1 way to get back to town to eat) and also if you are not providing the amenities listed maybe not charge full price for the room.
