Good location and the facilities were good.

The shower had a bit of an issue, we heard drops during the night

Terrible experience!!! On the check in day, property company contacted us to say that had a leak in the apartment booked and that they can accommodate us in the other. I looked at the rating of the proposed propery and it was lower then the one originaly booked so I asked if they hade other suggestion. They did not, so we went along with it, hoping for the best… Wrong decision!! The alternative apartment was in bed condition, the shower was moldy so we reported it to the company and booking.com as well with all pictures documented. It was very late in the evening so we had no choice but to spend a night there. As the reservation was for 4 nights we asked to modify the reservation and check out the next day (get refund for the rest of the stay) and rebook somewhere else. The property company would no alow it (!!!) and said that they would fix it (as if mold can be fixed in one day!!!). Some builder came and did something but it was not fixed and the whole experience was terrible so we really wanted to leave. Luckily booking.com reacted very professionally and we received a ful refund to our wallet and were able to rebook. Would never a stay with this property again!!!

Location is very central and walking distance from everything. there is a good kitchen.

very many rigid instructions, no mater what you use. They send very long PDF files. They ask to turn off the electricity when you leave the place, but what about fridge or air con when it is cold/hot? Also one window has now blinds and anyone can look inside if the are on the stairs. Bathroom smells quite a bit.

Well equipped apartment for 2 people. Beds comfortable. Nice bed linen and towels. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Great shower. Quiet location.

Unfortunately it was very cold while we were there and the heating did not work well. It would have been nice to have had a tv channel in English.

The bedding for the sofa bed was DIRTY! We got bug bites from sleeping on the sofa bed. We didn’t have enough basics like toilet paper. Unit was not stocked with any supplies - no laundry soap or even a shower soap bar. For what we paid, this was very disappointing. I didn’t ask the host about any of these things because the management company had already made me travel 25 minutes away to pay the bill by credit card.

Lovely flat 👍. Great location, clean & spacious for two people. Coffee & tea sachets provided, with great kitchen utensils provided. Beds very comfortable👍. Shower very hot 👍 soap provided. Air conditioning works great to heat appartment ( however you do need to keep the heating on constantly in order to keep flat at a comfortable temperature) Extremely quiet as bedroom to back of flat.

Ceramic floors throughout = extremely cold. Ideally large deep pile rugs for bedroom & sitting room areas (with underlay) are needed for more comfort during the cold weather. Slippers don't even help. I had to go to bed after 30 mins as it was uncomfortable sitting in living room. Also perhaps heavy blankets could be provided for sitting room - there was one throw but this did not look like it had been washed in some time. Extractor fan to shower is poor - humidity high from shower which means you have to open the french doors to air and allow all heat out again! Sofa bed needs a good clean! It's OK to sit on, didn't open to sleep on.
