Très bon emplacement, facilité d'accès pour obtenir l'appartement, bon rapport qualité/prix, appartement agréable

Il faudrait des torchons pour la vaisselle et plus de papier toilette, peut être revoir la literie et rappeler dans tous les logements que c'est non fumeur car lorsque les gens du 1er étage fument sur leur petite terrasse du patio, l'odeur de cigarette remonte dans toute la colonne et on est obligé de fermer toutes les fenêtres. Ceci n' est pas de la responsabilité du loueur mais c'est bien de le rappeler aux clients
