They overbooked a pool chair .. like 100 dlls, the asked me to show the my bank account to make sure , the payment was realized , I do not feel confortable with that

Amazing property and staff. Pool is insane. Surrounded by golf and gorgeous landscape Joshua at front desk was so efficient and nice. Charlie behind the golf cart has been here 30 years and couldn’t be nicer Breakfast burrito is fire and the bar is so fun

Don’t leave your card behind the bar, they juts charged me for random drinks. I asked 4 times to settle the bill, eventually they gave me a slip to sign, today looking at the card they charged it a different amount!

"Great spot for a family vacation"

Nice place. Very clean. Well maintained. Friendly service. Check-in took a while but the team was very thorough and helping other customers. Good sound insulation in our room. Didn't hear other guests. We had a fantastic view of the pool and the mountains. Gorgeous. Slept fantastic. Good climate control in the room. Was cool and comfortable the entire stay. Loved the linens and pillows. Prompt room service. Great turkey club sandwich. Did the breakfast buffet. Would steer clear of that next time and order a la carte. Not sure if they're using powdered eggs on buffet but they weren't great. Pancakes/Waffles on buffet were also not good. Should have ordered a la carte or done the omelette station (which was actually apart of the buffet but i was impatient). This is very much a family friendly hotel. As a single traveler, I don't think I would come here again. Pool area was filled with kids. But if you're a family looking for a vacation, I think this hotel is a great choice.
