Bathroom needs updating , in rough shape. Walls were peeling, tub was old. Sinks faucet was wobbly. Wall lamps usb and electrical outlets didn’t work. Surged if tried to use.. Staff were nice and friendly.

נתחיל בזה שכאשר הגענו ב 11 בבוקר וביקשנו לעשות.צק אין מנהלת המלון אמרה שאי אפשר. ביקשנו חדרים בקומה גבוהה. לבסוף כשהגענו ב 9 בערב קיבלנו חדר אחד בקומה 3 חדר שני בקומה 1. בחדר האמבטיה לא היה סבון נוזלי, לא היה טישו. ואם כבר מדברים על נקיון הוא לוקה בחסר . ביום השני חזרנו לחדר בשעה 5 לערך. אף אחד לא היה בחדר, לא סידר אותו ולא החליף מגבות. כשהגענו ראיתי את החדרן, יושב על כורסא באחד החדרים ומדבר בסלולרי. כשראיתי שלא היו בחדר, ניגשתי אליו, הוא עדין היה בחדר ושוחח בעליזות. ביקשתי מגבות והוא נתן לי. נעבור לארוחת הבוקר. בארוחה הראשונה ירדנו בשמונה ורבע, הכל היה חסר... ולא היה אף אחד למלא את החוסרים. ביום השני, גם היו חוסרים, צילמתי. כי זה ממש לא הגיוני כשיש אנשים בחדר האוכל ואין מי שימלא חוסרים. ניגשתי לקבלה וביקשתי שיבואו וימלאו חוסרים. מנהל המלון ביקש מפיקדת הקבלה למלא את החוסרים ועמד והשגיח במקום להושיט יד ולזרז את מילוי החוסרים. בושה. בקיצור אכזבה.

Felt more like an unkept personal residence - greeting by a strange smell - dirty floors in the restaurant - hot humid rooms - hard worn towels - curdled creamer - very small breakfast selection Would NOT stay here again!!
