Frankfurt Marriott Hotel

i got my money stolen from my wallet inside my hotel room, the wallet was placed inside my jacket hang on the wall, which means the theft went through my belongings while i was away from the room. just took the money, all passports remained untouched. Reported to the front desk, and found out there's no surveillance camera on each floor of the corridor, so they cannot check visually who has been entered into the room. They checked the key card of the cleaner that went into my room, and advised they have questioned the staff and nothing were found from staff locker. really poor service and reaction from staffs, took them whole morning to check. at the end, they only gave me the police station address to report. also credit card deposit payment had not been released after 10 days i have left the hotel, no feedback or respond from them whatsoever, tried e-mail and no respond at all. piss poor service from this so called 5 stars hotel

Belle chambre très spacieuse avec des produits d'hygiène très agréables. Lit confortable, tout comme le fauteuil et son repose-pieds, très appréciable pour se détendre après une journée passée à marcher. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux, avec un cuisinier qui cuit les oeufs en omelette ou au plat devant vous. Le personnel est très agréable avec plusieurs langues parlées.

Ne supportant pas la chaleur, je n'ai pas apprécié que la clim dans la chambre soit si peu efficace, même mise au minium. J'y était début mars et j'ai eu chaud la nuit. Je n'ose pas imaginer en plein été... Ayant l'habitude de dormir avec des bouchons d'oreilles, quelle ne fut pas ma déception alors que j'entendais un bruit de ventilation qui oscillait, le bruit n'était pas régulier. J'ai donc très mal dormi à cause de ces 2 facteurs.

The Hotel is located in a very nice location, walking distance from city center. The Bar and restaurant offer very good food. Room was well sized, clean and comfortable

Das man den betrag vin der kaution nicht früher angekpndigt hat das war nicht gut da wir für den aufenthalt in frankfurt wenig gekd davei hatten

Unser Aufenthalt im Frankfurt Marriott Hotel war wirklich sehr angenehm. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und bestens gelegen. Besonders das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch das Frühstück und der Service insgesamt waren hervorragend. Alles ist sehr gut organisiert und man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Frankfurt gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!
