The Expedia description said the hotel was a 6 minute walk to the BigE which is the only reason we booked and when we got there we were more like a 30 minute walk. This caused additional expense because we had to pay for parking when we did not expect too.

The breakfast was one of the best we have been to on this trip. Everything right there and full display, loved the yogurt machine really exceptional. Thank you. Also the hot showers were absolutely wonderful, a great ending to a long day.

"Pleasant, clean room"

The breakfast included hot foods and had good variety. The room was clean and spacious. Mattresses were very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. I felt it was a good value for the money.

The front reception area was rather lackluster which gave me pause. I wasn't sure what the room would look like. I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the room. It was much more up to date than the lobby indicated.

"Nice location but that's about it"

The location of the hotel. The breakfast had a decent selection.

There was rarely staff around at the front desk when we needed things during our stay. When I was able to catch a staff member, they acted like it was an inconvenience to do anything extra. There were spiders EVERYWHERE. Not small spiders either. On the side of the building and in the room (multiple in the room).
