Not much

Lots of holes in the walls, fire alarm was hanging from the wall. Bathroom ceiling severely cracked and starting to mold. Lots of questionable brown stains on blinds, and walls etc.

very clean room with very comfortable bed, room was very quiet. staff pleasant. breakfast had lots of options, including fruit and waffle maker.

Room was clean and in order.

Person at the counter was just sitting on her phone when I arrived. It was an unprofessional look.
