Days Inn by Wyndham Thomaston

Hotel was acceptable for the price. Location was near my final destination. Easy to find the hotel and was easy to get in and out of parking area. Close to area restaurants. Staff was helpful in giving directions to my various areas of interest.

Staff was nice.

On arrival. Used towel left on back of door, saw a few critters had to let off bombs, twice

The assistant Manager is very unprofessional and rude. I had an issue with my check out and received a very rude voicemail and tried calling back to get hung up on.

Nice guy at front desk have stayed here before because we like the handicap accessible room but this last time we did kill a cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel needs some serious updating but it served its purpose.

The Staff was friendly and helpful.

The facilities were very dated and was in need of a renovation.

My first room smelled like rotten fish. They did move us to another room. It was better. It didn’t smell like rotten fish. There are some seedy folks staying there.

No marked handicapped parking spots Breakfast provided was 4 day expired stake mini muffins and A (one only) banana on the counter. Coffee only made in half pots and ran out each time we went to get a cup in the morning. Coffee maker in room looked like it had never been thoroughly cleaned since 1972. Reserved non-smoking accessible was given smoking accessible, no other accessible rooms available Rooms are straightened but not thoroughly cleaned All towels are majorly stained and should be replaced. Requested extra towels in reservation and on check in, had to physically go to office to get them both days. Mold, mildew and corrosion in bath/shower Smell of cigarettes and marijuana in rooms Blankets and spreads of both beds stained and not frequently laundered. Had requested last check out for 1PM in reservation and brought up to employee who checked us in, Manager calls me at 11:45 demanding we leave by 12 or be charged extra. This is really bad manners and business practice Police presence at hotel both night lends to unsafe feeling of area Parking lot seriously needs repaying. According to staff it was recently sealed and new lines painted but no marked handicapped parking spaces in whole lot. This property is a dirty shamble of a place that subsists on people booking a place to party or illicit hookups and desperate travelers. Will not ever recommend and will discourage others from ever staying here. Staff needs TRAINING!! Don’t know how to use new systems as constant computer issues Internet access is worse that mobile signal access and practically unusable.

we checked in late , but desk clerk was up and greet us nice, room was clean and comfortable , internet was fast ,looks like its fibre , comfortable beds , next day we get service again, some property just give us towels if we stay next day , but at Days inn, we got full room service , that"s great . over all it was nice, clean ,stay

The only thing good about the property was the staff. The front desk and manager were super nice.

The rooms had a smell like someone had smoked in there and they tried to hide the smell with cleaner. We booked a handicap room because my mother is disabled and in a wheel chair well the furniture was so big she couldn’t even make it into the bathroom. We showed the manager what we were talking about that way they can fix it for someone else that tried to stay there. Needless to say we didn’t stay there and got a refund.
