Days Inn by Wyndham Thomaston

WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL. After arriving to find they had cancelled our desperate online reservation (due to a hurricane evacuation) - this hotel made two charges against our credit card for services never provided. By the way - pics are deceiving - this is a slum. I am complaining to Wyndham who should not allow their name to be associated with this horrible place.

Really Nothing! It was out of my way of travel and the only thing available.

The room had a odor, I had to go to the counter 2 times because the key card didn't work. A lot of the outlets didnt work. I'm ready for bed, took my glasses off. As soon as I took them off a Roach came out from under the phone. Killed it. Went to bed. Woke up in the morning and there was a roach crawling across the bed next to mine! I had to leave very early so I didn't speak with the staff. I did take pictures! They should Refund my money for this! I felt like I was gonna wake up with roaches on me! Was not worth 125.00 and a 30.00 pet fee!

The property was dirty! The AC in the room was not on, it was 92° when we walked in the room! The mini fridge did not work.

It was dirty, a/c didn’t hardly work, had no amenities, pool was closed and had been for awhile etc….

Bugs, stains on linens, pool closed( in season), over charged, stayed in brand new Wyndham hotels with 2 dogs for $120 or less they charged us $179, terrible service, this place gives Wyndham a very bad name!

The day clerk was pleasant

The reason I booked this room was the functioning pool. Imagine my surprise when checking in- not only did the pool not work, it hadn't worked in YEARS! They advertised coffee maker in room ( wasn't there). The bedcovers had MANY cigarette burn holes. Some neighbor smoked Marijuana day and night( I'm allergic). The "breakfast included" consisted of coffee, 2 kinds of juice, one-bite mini muffins, and a lone banana thar looked like it just came from a war. Not what I expected from Wyndham, Days Inn, or booking,com

The beds are very comfortable

It was run down. The pool wasn’t open which wasn’t stated on their listing. It was one of the only reasons why I picked it. The microwave was rusted and dirty inside. The picture of the place are different than the actual place. The room cleaning service only works until 11, so if you aren’t out of the room before then they won’t clean your room. And they have no do not disturb signs.
