The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived by motorcycle and there was a place to safely keep them. There is a small kitchen we were able to use.

The hotel is nice. The town is very small and there is little to do, there are some places to visit in the park but it is limited without a tour.

Everything! Definitely the only place I'd consider staying in pilcopata. Warm welcome by the owners, it's a family run business. For bird watchers, please ask for Gloria and she knows every hotspot in the region and even recommended places to stay as the hotel was full. If you don't know it yet the cock of the rock is everyone's favourite bird and it's a constant theme in the decoration. Please ask the reception if you would like to discover wildlife. They organise day trips that directly impact the local economy and benefit everyone. Try bird watching from the terrace and ask Gloria if she's around, you might see parrots or macaws! Very well located at walking distance from Manu biological station and Pico de Hoz mirador - Gloria, the owner can arrange private transport from Cuzco allowing stops en route for birdwatching - Early breakfast for birdwatchers

The hotel is on the main road of Pilcopata a small town in the jungl. took us 6 hours to come by car (4x4 with a driver) from Cusco, what a ride. The hotel is conveniently located, clean and quiet (although they were not a lot of people at the time and walls are thin). Unfortunately the restaurant of the hotel was closed (due to post covid) so it was a bit tricky to find the right thing but Gloria was amazing and super helpful. We organised a jungle safari with her and we had the most amazing day, walking in the jungle discover fauna and flora.
