"Cosy Bavarian style flat"

There was some emergency with the flat so we were offered an alternative apartment which was like an upgrade Lovely cosy timber finish attic flat with a balcony overlooking the mountain. The village was nice however we didn't have time to explore the area as we were heading to Garmisch Partenkirchen. The Hosts were very nice and the communication was good even though we didn't know German and everything was in German like instructions etc but with the Translator app that wasn't a problem:)

I guess it's a Bavarian custom that guests are expected to clean the apartment after their stay or pay for the cleaning I didn't know that but after 2 days there was not much to clean but with a longer stay it can take some time so it's good to be aware of earlier. No tea or coffee in the kitchen as we arrived late we couldn't do any shopping until the next day.

"Excellent property and in a great location."

Fantastic apartment with an alpine feel, next to a mountain stream, and a view of the mountains. It has a kitchen, very nice bathroom, living/dining area, and a nice bedroom. We were here over New Year's. The little town of Azrbach had a really nice fireworks display that we watched from the balcony. The property is located near a wonderful restaurant. The location is great and only a short drive to many fantastic hikes in the mountains and around alpine lakes (Walchensee Lake is very nice). Highly recommend this property...it is a very good value. Excellent!

Clean and nicely decorated with sense for detail. Location nog top (in the middle of campings and need for a car)

- poor view from the balcony (blocked by trees) - why not put a musquitos/fly screen at at least 1 window? Guest will be thankful - small investment that prevents sleepless nights.

Somehow we were registered as 2 persons and not a family of three. But the owners arranged for an extra mattras while we just texted two hours before arrival to confirm. Amazing service. Amazing appartement and lovely views, stunning bathroom. Highly recommended! A bit of a drive from the highway, but really worth it!
