Hotel Sampaga

Nothing! Worst place ever. Unacceptable that Booking.com would even list such a property.

From the start, they wanted to give me a different room than the photos. The room had mold on the walls, smelled of cigarettes, the floors were dirty. They finally accepted to give us a "premium" room as per the description in the reservation. It seemed better. As we had already paid in advance, we stayed, until a large mouse/small rat walked across the floor! Got the guy from reception to help. The dirt under the bed was shocking. Could not find the mouse who disappeared into a hole in the bed frame... We insisted on changing rooms.The new room was filthy. There was trash on the floor, behind the fridge, dead bugs in the corners, cigarette holes in the furniture and curtains, the toilet was leaking, mold in the bathroom, dirt around the sink and on the walls. The guy did not seemed bothered in the least. We got out of there as early as possible. The lady (maybe the manager?) just laughed!
