We had our own private part of the villa. The location was perfect there’s a shop close by.

Water usage isn’t included in the price, and the same goes for electricity. I have no idea how we managed to use so much power — only 15 kW per day are covered. The deposit needs to be paid in cash

The place is very nice and cozy. Perfect choice if you want to relax and connect with nature. It’s very quiet, there is no reception however whenever you contact them they very responsive. I spent an amazing vacation there with my kids and family. The place is perfectly setup you won’t need anything. It is 10- 15 min car ride to Patong.

The doors needs a little maintenance especially the outside door. Also don’t recommend it for people who hate outdoors and nature.
