Smoking neighbors - The people next to us smoked on their balcony every day and all the time and we could never have our balcony door or windows open. This was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. I was there with my 9 year old son and this was very disappointing. -The safe was missing batteries -There was hair on the bed sheets even before we slept on it. -The floors were dusty and not well swept. -Dirty spoons with dried food on them -No hand soap in the bathroom. Only dish soap -Door to another apartment let's a lot of noise from neighbors in. -poor to no Internet in our room. I think the most important for me is that the neighbors smoked in the balcony all the time. This was unacceptable of all of the things I listed.

- The appartement was indeed pretty and that was important for me. - The location is absolutely great. - The stuff in the local office are helpful and polite. - I really liked the Diva Spa hotel and the fact that (during Easter at least) they were providing a variety of activities throughout the day (additionally paid). The service at Diva was also quite nice. - The WhatsApp contact from the host was reponsive enough. - The key does indeed have to be picked up from the office in a different location but since I was travelling by car, it was not far away and not a problem. The staff at the office was very helpful and patient will all my questions regarding the pick-up in the middle of the night. - The WhatsApp contact person kindly agreed for me to return the keys one hour later on Sunday so I didn't have to rush in the morning.

- It wasn't entirely clear and transparent to me that I'm renting a private apartment within a hotel. That's a concept I was not familiar with and wasn't really aware what it would mean. I will try to avoid that in the future. - Unfortunately, the flat was not well cleaned. That's annoying because the cleaning fee included in the price is quite high. There was significant amount of dust on the floors and the toilet seat was visibly not cleaned after the last use :/ I also found a used plastic toothpick under my bed - not a great thing when you're traveling with a kid who of course plays on the floor. - The kitchenette is not well equipped. Only very basic equipment is available and is a mix of various sets (each spoon different, etc.). A nicer set would give a much nicer experience. - None of the Diva Spa activities or the pool was included in price (which I was aware of but I wasn't aware how many great things will be offered by the hotel like a free kids club for example). - Parking space is not provided but possible from the hotel. Availability is however very limited. Parking in front of the buidling was easy but an extra cost of approx. 40 PLN per day. - There was an issue with the fuses in the flat which started small but ended with me not being able to make dinner because the stove was not working. It was also impossible to turn on the fridge as the fuse was blowing every time. I ate sandwiches for dinner instead of pasta. The fuse problem was repaired the next day. The reipair went very smoothly. - On the last evening before leaving, while I was washing the dishes, water in the kitchen just stopped working and never worked again until my check-out. I will never know the reason for that mysterious disappearance ;) but I started feeling like I was on some TV show ;P I have never had such a water situation and can't imagine what might have gone wrong.

Diese Geschäftsidee in Gestalltung der Erholung ist das schlimmste. Meine Frau ist Gehbehindert und Sauber machen ist für uns ein Problem. Zu erst nach 7 Tagen wurdeToilette sauber gemacht, abernur das wir bezahlt haben eine Reinigungskraft. Wir haben gedacht, dass wir nur kein Verpflegung gebucht haben, ale andere Leistungen was normaleweise man im Hotel bekommt saubere Handtücher, Bettwäsche wechseln, Reinigung ist im Preis drin. Sonst ist es sehr teuer. Diese Urlaub war Katastrofe. Meine Frau ist plötzlich erkrankt Fieber 40 und wir sind nach 9 Tagen nach Hause gefahren. Also nie wieder!!!

Es besteht Renovierungsbedarf , die Einrichtung stark in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Bilder sind nicht aktuell 😞 Das Inventar nicht vollständig. Die Wände sowie der Fußboden fleckig, angestoßen. Das Bett ist groß, unbequem da der Topper auf dem Boxspringbett fehlte. Der Kühlschrank ist ein Witz: Eisfach abgebrochen und funktioniert nur wenn die Hotelkarte im Lichtschalter steckt. Unterbrechung der Kühlkette. Laut Mietvertrag muss man Schäden etc bis spätestens 2 h nach Ankunft im Büro melden. Wichtig , sonst wird es kostenpflichtig. Die Baustellen neben dem Hotel und gegenüber haben nicht gerade zum Verweilen auf dem Balkon eingeladen/ Baulàrm. Die Lage ist gut aber keine Parkmöglichkeit! Parken auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz an der Straße auf die Dauer mit 5zl/ h teuer. Personal im Hotel unfreundlich. Das Personal sun & snow Vermittler dafür sehr nett und verständnisvoll. Es gibt derzeit mit Sicherheit bessere Alternativen

Apartament dosc stary. W opisie byly wymienione udogodnienia, ktorych nie bylo. Dopiero po naszej ingerencji zostaly uzupelnione. Dosc wygorowana cena w stosunku do standardu. Mysle ze za ta cene mozna znalezc cos ciekawszego. Okolica ladna. Blisko do morza.
