Room wash basin was clogged, no remote in the room when I arrived (staff provided one when asked), I was unable to manually operate the room heat / AC.

The rooms are very outdated and need to be remodeled. There were holes in the wall from old light fixtures. There was no drain cover in the bathtub. There are stains that can no longer be covered up. Everything just felt a little gross. I know that you get what you pay for, but it was a little disappointing.
